The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for consumers (natural persons who purchase goods not for purposes related to their professional, commercial or entrepreneurial activity), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and by natural persons acting for purposes related to the activity. professionally carried out.
The costs of returning the product are charged to the customer.
In case of damage to the goods during transport, Allingro will notify the Customer of the incident (within 5 working days from receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain a refund of the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the Customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal.
The return costs, the means and methods that the Customer can use, are the responsibility of the Customer himself who will not be compensated in any way by Allingro in the event that the goods are lost, damaged, stolen or lost.
In case of withdrawal from the contract for the purchase of electronic devices, the User must independently provide for the restoration of the factory configurations of the article (eg by deleting personal accounts and / or passwords associated with their personal accounts). Otherwise the product will be damaged and Allingro will not refund.
To benefit from this right of return, goods must be returned in intact and / or sealed packaging, not tampered with, whose expiry date has not been exceeded and which has not been consumed, even if partially. Notwithstanding the foregoing, returns are not permitted in the case of:
b) the supply of food, beverages or other goods intended for daily consumption in the household and physically supplied by a professional on frequent and regular rounds to the consumer's home, residence or workplace
c) in the case of purchases of less than 50 euros (unless the overall consideration that the consumer must pay regardless of the amount of the individual contracts exceeds 50 euros);
d) in the case of a contract concerning a service after the complete provision of the service if the execution of the contract began with the express agreement of the Consumer;
e) in case of supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized;
f) in the case of supply of goods which risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly;
g) in the case of the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery;
h) in the case of supply of goods which after delivery are by their nature inseparably mixed with other goods.
J) Prepaid cards and / or telephone top-ups that have been activated by the Customer;
Procedures and times for exercising the right of withdrawal
The maximum times within which to submit requests or complaints are as follows:
- 2 days for complaints relating to defective goods, missing or not corresponding to the order.
- 8 days for clothing items withdrawal
- 8 days for requests relating to shipments or deliveries (e.g. package not received, package storage, delivery problems, etc.).
- 8 days for requests relating to payment transactions or refunds.
The customer has a period of 8 (eight) days to withdraw.
The withdrawal period ends after 8 (eight) days from receipt of the goods or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract. Within this period, the customer must notify Allingro of the intention to withdraw from the contract
Your rights as a customer are protected by Legislative Decree 206/2005. Therefore, you can withdraw from the contract, even partially, without explanation and without increase of costs, provided that you communicate the withdrawal by registered letter with return receipt to MITROVO SRL within 2 working days from the date of receipt of the products. The communication can be anticipated, within the same term, by e-mail at info@allingro.com provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within the following 48 hours. In this communication you must specify the desire to withdraw from the purchase and the product or products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal, attaching a copy of the receipt. You will be refunded the full amount within 14 days from the acceptance of the return. The outbound shipping costs will in any case be borne by you.
If you decide to withdraw the damaged product by mail / registered letter, with return of the product by shipping it (as per previous indications), the refund procedure is as follows:
pursuant to Article 56 of Legislative Decree 206/05 Allingro.com will refund all payments within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which it became aware of the Customer's exercise of the right of withdrawal, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by Allingro.com); in any case, the Customer will not have to incur any costs as a consequence of this reimbursement.
Allingro.com may withhold the refund until it has received the product intact or until the Customer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
For purchases made by credit card payment, the refund will be made by reversing the transaction directly on the credit card.
For purchases made through PayPal payment, the refund will be made by crediting the customer's account.
For purchases made by paying with Vouchers, the customer will be entitled to have the vouchers restored.
